All of our accessories are owned by us and will be rented out on a day basis on agreement and downpayment. All of the items including accessories, shoes, jewelry, handbags and dresses are original.
Payment Policy
Any items rented from Rodi To Go shall be paid before or on the rental day.
The payments should be processed including the downpayment prior of the consumer receiving the goods.
Delivery Policy
The item will be arranged for either pickup or delivery by Rodi To Go as agreed with the customer. Our pickup locations are Business Bay and Shangri-La Hotel Offices.
Deliveries within Dubai are free.
Refund Policy
Refunds issued 3 days before or on day of the rental will have a deduction of the downpayment, meaning the payment will be refunded to your payment method minus the downpayment fees.
