Cancellation policy
Avalon Yachts/Luxury sea boats charter by Avalon reserves a right to cancel a booking under the following conditions:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Mechanical failures (If available,satisfactory upgrade options will be offered)
- Coast guard restrictions
If Avalon Yachts/Luxury sea boats charter by Avalon initiates the cancellation , the company will not assume any liability. Any payments made will be refunded in fullto the named charterer, or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellation fee:
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value will be charged to the client if the client initiates the cancellation for any reason more than 72 hours before the scheduled charter time and dates.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value will be charged to the client if the client initiates the cancellation for any reason within 72 hours before the scheduled charter time and dates.
