Any items rented from Rodi To Go shall be paid before or on the rental day. The payments should be processed including the downpayment prior of the consumer receiving the goods. The item will be arranged for either pickup or delivery by Rodi To Go as agreed with the customer. Our pickup locations are Business Bay and Shangri-La Hotel Offices. Refunds issued 3 days before or on day of the rental will have a deduction of the downpayment, meaning the payment will be refunded to your payment method minus the downpayment fees. The security deposit will be refunded back to your original payment method. We reserve the rights to keep the downpayment amount in case of any damage, scratch or change in the original packaging.
