Chartering rules

The minimum rental time of the vessel is 1 hour. If you wish, the time can be extended by checking with the captain (if you are already onboard) or with our sales manager if there is time availability.

If the customer or their guests are running late, the delay time will be deducted from your overall cruise time with us.

Pre-payment of 50% of the full price of the cruise is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on board on the day of the cruise in cash, by card or via an online link.

For your safety, Luxury Sea Boats has the right to cancel or postpone booking due to bad weather conditions. If cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit previously paid will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method, which was used for the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 72 hours and 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.

Change of booking time:

• Сlient may reschedule the booking free of charge if he/she notifies the company at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
• If less than 48 hours- the client will be charged the full amount of the deposit.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the booking.
• Any refunds issued to the bank account may incur additional administrative charges. 

Luxury Sea Boats has the right to terminate the yacht rental service in the following cases:

Inappropriate and aggressive behaviour on board by the customer or their guests.

• Disregard of the terms of the charter.
• Damage to property.
• Insulting the captain or the crew.
• The use of illegal substances.

If inappropriate behaviour is detected, the captain has the right to suspend the rental of the yacht. No refund will be given in this case.

Rules of conduct for guests on our yachts and boats:

In order to enjoy your stay with us, it is important to remember some of the rules of conduct while at sea. The guidelines below apply to all vessels chartered by Luxury Sea Boats:

• Guests have access to all areas of the yacht except for the technical, navigation and staff quarters.
• The route of sea trip shall be discussed with the manager at the time of booking of the vessel; but it can be adjusted with the captain during the cruise (within the waters of Dubai).
• In accordance with Coast Guard regulations, all guests are required to bring with them proof of identity: original/copy of passport, driving licence or Emirates ID card.
• Guests are allowed to bring food and drinks with them on board.
• Please note that Luxury Sea Boats is not responsible for any items left unattended. Please check your personal belongings before leaving the boat.
• For your safety, we have a mandatory "no shoes on board” policy.
• If you stop for a swim during your cruise, please do not forget your swimwear and sunscreen.
• Please note: swimming after sunset is prohibited by Dubai Coast Guard regulations.
• Smoking on the yachts is permitted in the strictly designated areas only.
• Guests are strictly prohibited from being rude to crew members and the captain.
